When we say regular employee, there are many layers. It’s not just the software field anymore. AI is heavily impacting every single sector today.
Newly, “AI Agents” have popped up everywhere. These are not humans; they run on artificial intelligence. Even physical agents, like ‘robots’, are now available. The use of AI is growing rapidly in hospitals too. Even government offices will soon run completely on AI.
Does the New World Even Need Humans?
If everything is filled with Artificial Intelligence, what is the need for human beings? Will there even be jobs left for us? Naturally, this question is causing worry in everyone.
Globally, the software industry is in a deep crisis. In key areas like coding, AI is causing massive job losses. As the use of AI tools continues to go up, unemployment is rising sharply across the world.
People who once said, “AI won’t do any harm,” are the very ones losing their jobs right now. If unemployment rises, won’t the burden fall on governments? Yes, that is true… But governments are not taking any corrective steps yet.
Maybe We Should Ask ‘AI’ About That Too…
Because Artificial Intelligence makes even the biggest tasks easy. Companies are telling their employees to “upgrade” to AI. But before they can even upgrade, they are losing their jobs. Companies are also taking this very lightly.
